Our Goal

CrossFit Ten Twenty is more than your basic workout. We offer quality coaching, positive support and invest in your progress just as much as you do, all to help you reach your individual fitness goals. As such, our membership is different than that of most gyms. We take a hands-on, personal approach—we get to know our members, train alongside them and educate them. Class sizes are kept small so that coaches can focus on each member. We work hard, celebrate wins and crush goals, together.

We’ll be the first to agree that you could find cheaper gyms in the area, but we believe you won’t find better training than that of CrossFit Ten Twenty. Joining our gym is joining a community of like-minded individuals who will motivate you to have your best workout, every workout. We’re confident our members would agree that their results have been well worth the time and money invested.

Motivation

At CrossFit Ten Twenty, our members are motivated individuals who not only prioritize fitness, but an overall healthy lifestyle. Negative mindsets are not welcome in our gym and our members know to leave the words "try", "can't", "never" and "should" at the door. (No really—if you say these words inside Ten Twenty, you owe us a burpee!)

"If you want to be fit, well conditioned, resilient, strong, technically efficient, powerful, then CrossFit 1020 is the place to be.  It is for this 60 year old.  Here is what I've learned at CrossFit 1020:

  • CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity;

  • Effort - pushing myself to do the most I can do;

  • Community - competing against myself but always encouraged by others to push my limits. Even those that finish the WOD last (and me being the Box's resident senior citizen, I am typically the one that finishes last), gets a high-five;

  • Coaching - instruction from certified instructors that care;

  • "Try" and "can't" aren't a part of the vocabulary, and if those words somehow sneak into the conversation it's a burpee.
